Trials
How the 7-day trial works, what happens when it ends, and how to stop before you are charged.
What starts a trial
A trial begins when you complete checkout. Your card is collected at that point but not charged during the trial.
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| How long? | 7 days from checkout |
| Is a card required? | Yes, at checkout. It is not charged during the trial. |
| Do I get the full product? | You get the plan you selected. Add-ons are separate. |
| Can I start without a trial? | Yes - choose to subscribe immediately at checkout instead. |
What happens on day 7
If you have not cancelled, the subscription begins and the first payment is taken. Nothing is deleted and nothing changes about your configuration.
Expected result
Either a normal subscription starts, or - if you cancelled - billing simply never begins. There is no separate step to complete.
Cancelling during the trial
- Open billing in your dashboardEverything to do with the subscription lives there.
- CancelDo it before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.
- Check your emailYour provider sends confirmation. Keep it.
Careful. Cancelling stops future billing. It does not by itself release phone numbers you bought - numbers are billed per number and should be released separately if you no longer want them.
What you keep
Your workspace is retained for two years after cancellation so you can return without rebuilding your setup, subject to applicable law and your data deletion rights.
See the privacy policy for how to request deletion sooner.
