Before going live

Phone requirements

Phone features are controlled server-side. Your account must have an active or trialing plan with phone entitlement, available call minutes, assigned numbers and completed compliance settings.

  • Growth, Pro, Enterprise or a phone-enabled add-on
  • A SIMCOAI-owned or verified caller ID assigned to your account
  • AI disclosure and recording disclosure wording configured
  • Transfer numbers confirmed as owned or authorised
  • Use case approved for customer support, bookings or front desk work

SIMCOAI should greet quickly, disclose AI once, listen for interruptions, answer in short natural phrases and avoid repeating a fixed closing line after every customer turn.

Use concise greeting and disclosure text.

Keep gather timeouts short enough to feel responsive.

Call minutes and add-ons

Starter is chat-only by default. Growth includes a starter pool of AI call minutes. Pro includes a larger allowance. Enterprise and unlimited call add-ons can remove normal minute limits where commercially agreed.
