Details to have ready
Gather the information SIMCOAI needs to answer customers accurately. Good setup quality is what makes the AI feel fast, specific and human.
- Business name, website and customer contact details
- Opening hours, service areas and emergency handling rules
- Services, prices, booking rules and cancellation policy
- Escalation contacts for urgent, complaint, billing or safety issues
- Any customer-facing disclaimers you need SIMCOAI to say
Create the business account
Use email/password, Google or Microsoft sign-in from the login page. Trial and subscription modes require terms acceptance, cookie choice and business-use confirmation before the OAuth redirect starts.
- Go to the dashboard login page.
- Choose Login, Free trial or Subscribe now.
- Tick the required legal and B2B confirmations for new accounts.
- Continue with email, Google or Microsoft.
- Return to the dashboard and complete the setup wizard.
Run a controlled test before going live
Do a small test with your own team before sharing SIMCOAI with customers. Check that answers sound natural, transfers go to the right people and sensitive topics are escalated.
Ask real customer questions, not generic prompts.
Test one urgent issue, one refund or complaint, and one normal booking.
Review logs and update your knowledge base after each test.
Get the AI answering like your best team member
The single biggest driver of quality is the knowledge you give SIMCOAI. The AI answers from your business profile and knowledge base first, so specific, up-to-date content is what makes replies feel fast, correct and human.
- Write short, exact articles. One topic per article (opening hours, parking, refund policy, a specific service). Short articles retrieve more reliably than long pages.
- Answer the real questions. Pull your last 20–50 customer emails or calls and add an article for each recurring question, in plain customer language.
- State the rules explicitly. Refund windows, deposit and cancellation terms, what needs a human, and anything you never want the AI to promise (discounts, medical or legal advice, guarantees).
- Set the tone and escalation rules in AI Setup so the AI knows when to hand off to a person and how to sound like your brand.
- Re-test after every change. Use the dashboard test chat and a test call, then correct any drift in the knowledge base — not in the prompt.
Keep human review and approval on for anything that moves money or creates an obligation (refunds, bookings, escalations). SIMCOAI can require a six-digit email verification code before those actions are created.
Go-live checklist
Run through this before pointing real customers or a real phone number at SIMCOAI.
- Business profile complete: name, hours, contact details, services and prices.
- Knowledge base covers your top 20 customer questions and your refund, booking and cancellation rules.
- AI Setup tone, escalation rules and human-handoff triggers reviewed.
- Call Studio: greeting and legal disclaimer set, voice chosen, transfer number configured, and “Check SIMCOAI Voice readiness” shows Ready (Growth, Pro and Enterprise include the core SIMCOAI Speech and SIMCOAI Voice stack).
- Phone number bought or attached, with the voice webhook set to your SIMCOAI voice URL.
- Verification and approval controls on for refunds, bookings and escalations.
- Plan and usage allowances checked so you will not hit a cap during launch; set a pay-as-you-go cap if you want headroom.
- A test call and a test chat completed end-to-end, with the logs reviewed.
- The required policies accepted, and your team knows how to take over a conversation.
When every box is ticked, start with a soft launch (one line or one channel), watch the logs for a day, then roll out fully.
