We do not filter by rating
Critical reviews are published alongside the rest. A one-star review with a real story in it is worth more to a prospective customer than a wall of five stars.
How SIMCOAI asks for reviews, what gets published, and how to change or remove yours.
About two weeks after you start, we email you once to ask whether you would like to write a review. Fourteen days rather than seven, because by then the AI has answered real calls and you are describing the product rather than the setup wizard.
A review is marked as coming from a verified customer only when it arrived through the single-use link we issued to a paying account. The marker is applied by our servers from that link.
A person reads every review before it appears. That check is for authenticity and for content that should not be published — it is never for the opinion in it.
Critical reviews are published alongside the rest. A one-star review with a real story in it is worth more to a prospective customer than a wall of five stars.
No discount, no credit, no free month and no upgrade is offered in exchange for a review or for a particular rating.
If part of a review cannot be published — usually because it names a third party or includes someone else’s personal data — we decline it and tell you why rather than rewriting it.
The rating, your review text and headline, and the name, role and business name you entered. Nothing else.

Email hello@simcoai.co.uk and we will unpublish it. You do not have to give a reason, and it does not affect your account in any way.
The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 makes fake reviews, concealed incentives and falsely claiming reviews are verified banned practices in the UK.
Our process is built to meet it: one request per customer, no incentives, server-set verification, human moderation and no filtering by rating. The full commitments are in clause 16 of the Terms of Service, and how we handle the personal data in a review is in the Privacy Policy.
