Proof uploads
A one-off secure link that lets a customer send photos, receipts or documents against a refund or order - without an account, an app or an email thread.

- A workflow that supports evidence, on a plan where proof uploads are enabled
- A refund or order record for the upload to attach to
The problem this solves
Reading a serial number aloud on a noisy line does not work. Nor does asking a customer to email photos to an inbox nobody watches. A proof upload attaches evidence directly to the record your team will review.
How it works
- The request is capturedFrom a call or chat, as a refund or order workflow.
- SIMCOAI issues a channelOnly once the request is verified. No link exists before that point.
- The customer receives a one-off linkNo account or login needed on their side.
- They uploadPhotos, receipts or documents, with an optional barcode or tracking reference and a short note.
- Checks runBarcode and document details are matched against what was expected and flagged clearly as matched or unmatched.
- A person decidesThe evidence and its summary sit on the record for your team to review.
Sending the link
Open the Proof panel on a refund or order. Enter the address to send it to - already filled in from the record - choose how long it should last, and create it. SIMCOAI emails the customer and copies the link to your clipboard so you can send it another way as well.
Live, expired and withdrawn links
Every link on a record is listed with its state, when it runs out, how many uploads it has received and where it was sent.

Expected result
Links last seven days by default. Anything already uploaded is kept if you later withdraw the link.
