Common add-ons
Availability can vary by plan, provider approval and compliance status. An add-on pauses automatically if its subscription is not active, and resumes as soon as billing is back in good standing.
Premium AI Models
Unlocks the Premium model profile on SIMCOAI-managed providers for complex policy, setup and reasoning work. Pro includes a limited premium allowance; this add-on adds premium usage units, with pay-as-you-go caps for overages. Separate from SIMCOAI Voice.
SIMCOAI Voice
The SIMCOAI Voice Studio pool, richer voice controls and a larger fair-use allowance of SIMCOAI Speech and SIMCOAI Voice usage.
Unlimited Calls
Commercial add-on for businesses that need a much larger, fair-use call minute pool.
Extra Number
An additional phone number where compliance and account limits allow it.
Approved connector requests
Provider-specific connectors are enabled only after credentials, billing entitlement, testing and review are complete.
Messaging review
Messaging workflows require sender setup, consent rules and provider checks before customer use.
Webhook and API work
Approved API and webhook workflows can route records to authorised systems where enabled.
Add-ons that need extra checks
Messaging, marketing, healthcare, card capture, debt collection and emergency-related claims need extra approval or must remain disabled until the right compliance setup exists.
- Marketing message templates
- US A2P 10DLC or toll-free SMS
- Healthcare or PHI workflows
- Card-payment capture in chat or voice
- Debt collection or regulated advice
- Emergency response claims
SIMCOAI Voice
Every plan except Starter already includes the core SIMCOAI Voice stack — SIMCOAI Speech Live turn‑taking, SIMCOAI Speech Precise transcription and SIMCOAI Voice — on answered calls. The SIMCOAI Voice add‑on unlocks SIMCOAI Voice Studio options and a larger fair-use monthly voice allowance. Starter plans should upgrade to Growth or higher for phone voice.
Details, checkout and pay-as-you-go
Open any add‑on’s Details to see exactly what it includes before adding it; it is billed through Stripe alongside your plan. If you would rather pay only for occasional overage than commit to an add‑on, consider capped pay‑as‑you‑go.
How add-ons are billed
Most add-ons are Stripe subscription items. They remain disabled if payment fails, the base plan is cancelled or your account reaches a protected usage limit.
