Start with business identity, locations, opening hours and the customer tone you want SIMCOAI to use. Keep the profile factual and concise so the AI has a reliable baseline.

Services, policies and knowledge

Add the information customers ask about most. SIMCOAI performs best when it has real services, prices, policies and limits instead of broad marketing text.
