Components

What powers SIMCOAI

SIMCOAI gives customers one workspace for business rules, AI answers, phone readiness, billing, logs and support. Provider integrations run server-side so private keys, compliance checks and billing gates are not exposed to staff browsers.

Dashboard

Your daily control centre for setup, customer workflows, usage and health checks.

Secure accounts

Authentication, account ownership, policy acceptance and least-privilege access controls.

Billing

Plans, checkout, invoices, usage gates, add-ons and customer billing support.

Phone

Numbers, calls, transfer rules, caller experience and communications compliance.

AI controls

Approved answers, summaries, token budgets, model choices and human review boundaries.

Limits

Why limits exist

Plan limits protect customer experience, provider costs and compliance. Spend-heavy actions such as AI calls, number purchases, live voice AI, API usage and add-ons are blocked when entitlement checks fail.

Upgrade or add approved add-ons before marketing a higher-volume workflow.

Keep billing healthy to avoid automatic feature blocks.

Use analytics to spot when limits are being reached.

Your data

Data, privacy and control

Your business data powers your AI and stays under your control. Manage what the AI can see through your business profile and knowledge base, review activity in logs, and see our Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy for how data is handled. SIMCOAI does not sell your data.

Reliability

Fallbacks keep you running

SIMCOAI runs on its own managed calling, payments, speech, voice and model services. If a premium voice path is unavailable, a standard SIMCOAI Calling voice answers as a fallback so calls are never dropped, and usage limits protect you from runaway cost.

Availability

Provider dependencies

SIMCOAI depends on third-party providers. If a provider is degraded, SIMCOAI may fall back, delay processing, block risky actions or show a dashboard notice.

  • Check dashboard health cards first.
  • Review provider-specific errors in logs.
  • Keep human fallback paths ready for urgent customer work.
