Components

What powers SIMCOAI

SIMCOAI uses a backend API, Supabase for authentication and data, Stripe for subscriptions and billing, Twilio for communications, OpenAI for AI features and Cloudflare for security checks.

Dashboard

Your business control centre.

Supabase

Authentication, secure records and row-level access controls.

Stripe

Checkout, portal, invoices, payment methods and tax IDs.

Twilio

Numbers, calls, caller ID and communication compliance.

OpenAI

AI responses, summaries and voice intelligence where enabled.

Limits

Why limits exist

Plan limits protect customer experience, provider costs and compliance. Spend-heavy actions such as AI calls, number purchases, realtime AI, API usage and add-ons are blocked when entitlement checks fail.

Upgrade or add approved add-ons before marketing a higher-volume workflow.

Keep billing healthy to avoid automatic feature blocks.

Use analytics to spot when limits are being reached.

Availability

Provider dependencies

SIMCOAI depends on third-party providers. If a provider is degraded, SIMCOAI may fall back, delay processing, block risky actions or show a dashboard notice.

  • Check dashboard health cards first.
  • Review provider-specific errors in logs.
  • Keep human fallback paths ready for urgent customer work.
