Downstream traceability is mandatory
For every assigned number, store the actual business using it: company name, address, support email, website, intended use, KYC status and abuse review state.
If one downstream client abuses traffic, the upstream bundle can be affected. Store KYC records and suspend quickly during abuse reviews.
